I started at Tuokko in August 2023. I hold a Master’s degree in Education, and over the years, my work and life experience has accumulated across both the private and public sectors. My current role at Tuokko is broad, encompassing the entire HR function throughout the employee lifecycle, as well as the development of work ability management and employee well-being in collaboration with company leadership and supervisors. Additionally, I am responsible for administrative areas within the management team.
As a supervisor, my most important task is to help my team members succeed and to support Tuokko’s business operations so that our clients receive high-quality service.
What I enjoy most about my work is its versatility and the opportunity to interact with every member of the Tuokko team. I take joy in helping others, discovering insights together, and seeing things run smoothly. In my free time, you’ll often find me engaged in sports or music. I also enjoy listening to audiobooks and podcasts. However, forest walks are the best way for me to balance the sometimes hectic pace of everyday life.
