I joined Tuokko in 2006. I serve as the Head of Tuokko’s Tax Department and am also a member of the Board of Directors and the Management Team, as well as a Partner. I hold a Master of Laws degree and was awarded the title of varatuomari in 1998. I am also a licensed attorney, which means I can represent clients in court.
I have extensive experience in handling tax matters for small and medium-sized enterprises. I also assist company shareholders and their family members with tax and legal issues. What I enjoy most about my work is engaging with different companies and people. The diversity of my role is further enriched by assisting international clients through Tuokko’s global network, Praxity. As part of Tuokko’s corporate restructuring team, I participate in various projects such as due diligence reviews, mergers, demergers, and company liquidation processes.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, working at our summer cottage, and cycling.
