I started at Tuokko in February 2021 as an Authorized Public Accountant (KHT Auditor). My career in auditing began in January 2015 at a Big 4 firm, shortly before I graduated with a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Oulu. Becoming a certified KHT auditor was a clear goal from the start, and I achieved the qualification in 2018.
Over the years, I’ve been responsible for auditing limited liability companies of various sizes, with experience ranging from large listed companies to smaller SMEs. I’ve also been heavily involved in international engagements, either coordinating work across countries or reporting on audits of Finnish subsidiaries to foreign parent companies. More recently, I’ve become well-acquainted with associations and foundations. My strengths as an auditor include the ability to focus on what’s essential and a strong skill in interpreting numbers and statistics. The best moments in my work are when I can help a client and create added value.
In my free time, I enjoy various forms of competition and sports. I’ve played football my whole life, and in recent years, weight training at the gym has become my main hobby. Different ball games and jogging also bring variety to my leisure time. I’m a passionate sports fan and actively follow all kinds of sports.
