I started at Tuokko in 2006 through an internship, working as an accountant. Over time, payroll administration also became part of my role, and I discovered my “inner” payroll specialist—and I’ve been on that path ever since.
Over the years, I’ve gained experience in payroll for both domestic and international companies. International collaboration is both challenging and enriching, but all the more interesting. In multicultural teamwork with clients, clear communication and understanding different working styles are key. In addition to Finnish and English, I also occasionally serve our clients in my other native language, Swedish.
