I started at Tuokko as an Authorized Public Accountant (KHT) in August 2022. Before that, I worked at a Big 4 firm, where I was responsible for auditing financial sector companies. My finance clients included listed companies and large pension insurance firms, as well as a wide range of SMEs.
At Tuokko, I’m responsible for sustainability reporting services and internal audits for companies operating in the financial sector. The focus areas of internal audits vary depending on client-specific risks and the objectives defined together with the client. In addition to financial sector SMEs, my audit clients also include companies and organizations from various industries. What I enjoy most about my work is when the goals agreed upon with the client are met and I feel I’ve helped them improve their operations.
As a counterbalance to work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family—either hiking or out on the water.
