I joined Tuokko in 2007, driven by the desire to work as an auditor in a Finnish family-owned company. By that time, I had already gained experience in the field both as an employee and as an entrepreneur. I completed the HT auditor qualification in 1985, and earned the KHT designation in 2010. Before my auditing career, I worked as an accounting firm entrepreneur and held various financial administration roles in companies across different industries. This has given me a broad perspective on financial management.
From 2010 until August 2025, I served as Tuokko’s Regional Director in Tampere. At this point, it felt natural to hand over the regional leadership responsibilities to my successor and focus primarily on practical client and audit work—which has always been closest to my heart. My client base spans numerous industries and includes all types of entities. Since 2013, I’ve been a shareholder at Tuokko and continue to be part of the company’s management team. I’ve also worked as a trainer for our staff and at various client events, and written articles mainly for our own publications.
By nature, I’m thoughtful and adaptable, and I don’t lose my temper easily. In my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature and traveling. I also try to maintain my fitness—sometimes more successfully than others—at the gym.
